We are predominately a digital store . Meaning that most of our products are send via the email you have provided . These are not physical products so no shipping is needed.

All orders are processed within 3 -5 working days unless otherwise specified .


Depending on the shipping service so products can be delivered on holidays and over weekends .Carbon Etch is an independently run business with bespoke hand crafted products so lead time may vary.  We work closely with each of our customers so they are fully aware of the creating and delivery times .

All domestic delivery is Free with in the United Kingdom on standard delivery times and or 2nd class Royal Mail.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Carbon Etch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Carbon Etch is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

Digital Products

Unfortunately we do not offer returns on any of our digital products or downloads as they are sent instantly on purchase .

Physical product returns 

Most of Carbon Etch products are made to order so in almost all cased we do not accept returns.

Cancellations and changes can be made only before production of the product begins . 

Special cases: Even though we don't accept returns we do accept that things can go wrong.  Please contact us so we can consider your request
